Advantages: Very comfortable rooms, well designed, and luscious ‘jungle’ dining room either beautifully presented and delicious breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Disadvantages: Loss of hot water for over 12 hours. We were told this was unexpected but online we found out that this was due to planned work by local government. It would have been helpful if staff had informed us and we could have planned showers accordingly. Instead, we ended our stay feeling rather grimy!

Advantages: Mr.Ulugbeg helped us a lot. Tashkent also arranged our transfer immediately. It is such qualified personnel who add value to hotels. Thank you for everything Disadvantages: Nothing happened that we didn't like. When Kokand came, we no longer had hotel problems on our mind.

A great hotel with a convenient location and nice rooms. The hotel has a restaurant with a varied menu. The breakfasts are very decent. There is a swimming pool, although the water is quite invigorating. There is an ATM in the lobby where you can exchange dollars and euros for local money.

Advantages: In short, everything. I don't want to miss anything. The kindness, attentiveness of the staff and I could list all the good qualities that a hotel staff would appreciate. They upgraded the room, gave me presents. The room is spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary. It was the first hotel where the swimming pool was not only promised, but also worked. His garden is a jungle, huge, full of plants and tables. The restaurant is excellent too! Since they didn't have beer, they ran to the store and brought it. It sits on a featured top shelf among my favorite hotels. Disadvantages: It would take me a lot of research to find something I didn't like.
